Cancellation Policy

Gio Tekkers Futbol Training Refund Policy Purchasing any session package with Gio Tekkers Futbol Training requires full payment before the session(s). This policy applies to all 1-on-1 Sessions, 4-Pack Sessions, and Small Group Training Sessions. Refund Policy All payments for private sessions are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances: Inclement weather conditions, such as snow or lightning. Family emergencies or other urgent, unforeseen situations. These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Gio Tekkers Futbol Training. 4-Pack Private Sessions All sessions in a 4-pack must be completed within three months from the date of purchase. Failure to complete the sessions within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any unused sessions without a refund unless prior arrangements have been made with Gio Tekkers. Rescheduling Policy To reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice, and the change must be mutually agreed upon. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund. By purchasing any session(s) package, you confirm your agreement to these terms and acknowledge the Gio Tekkers Futbol Training Refund Policy. We understand that emergencies or illnesses may arise. In such cases, please contact Coach Gio as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the forfeiture of sessions or future scheduling opportunities.
